• Noted that the Moose Lodge on 17th Street was for sale. <br />• Noted that Hutton Center is allowing post-card size advertising outside and <br />requested staff to contact the owner. <br />• Requested an update on the 17th Street annexation. Mr. Edwards advised <br />that the Public Works Agency is working on financial details for the sewer <br />connection. <br />Commissioner Mondo <br />• Noted that he had observed several potholes at Lake Center and Susan <br />Street and asked staff to request repairs. <br />• Noted that trailblazer signs are disappearing and those that remain are not <br />working. He requested staff to investigate. <br />• Noted that it was difficult to walk on the sidewalk at the Home Depot store at <br />Harbor & MacArthur due to items being placed outside for sale and storage. <br />Please have staff investigate. <br />• Suggested that staff provide the realtor for the Moose Lodge with a copy of <br />the conditions for the CUP. <br />• Noted concern regarding the C3-A zoning and requested additional <br />information. <br />Commissioner Leo <br />• Noted concern regarding the C3-A zoning and requested that affordability be <br />addressed. <br />• Requested that Public Works highlight the pedestrian safety efforts that have <br />been made when the Capital Improvement Program is presented to City <br />Council. <br />• Requested an update on the Starbucks project at Bristol and Memory Lane. <br />Mr. Edwards advised that a resubmittal is in process. <br />• Requested an update on the Krispy Kreme project at MacArthur and Bristol. <br />Mr. Edwards advised that that project is proceeding and that comments had <br />been received concerning parking. Compliance with the Bristol Corridor <br />Landscaping Plan discussed. <br />• Requested an update on the Crazy Horse site and was advised that the only <br />interest to date has been for a cell site. <br />• Requested information regarding the possibility of the water tower being <br />moved. <br />Chairman Nalle <br />• Requested that staff contact. the Home.
