PROJECT UPDATE <br />Bill Apple, Associate Planner, provided an update on activities in Project Area <br />3 that is bounded by Flower Street on the west, First Street on the north, the <br />Costa Mesa (55) freeway on the east, and Sunflower Avenue on the south. <br />Upcoming projects outlined included a CVS Pharmacy, Phase II of the First <br />American Title expansion, proposed auto mall expansion, a proposed long- <br />term-stay hotel at the Saddleback Inn, and an expansion of a Guest Home by <br />Excel Residential Services.
