Michael Harrah, project developer, advised that he was available for questions. He noted that <br />the Legal Aid Society needs parking and that re-enforces the need for the parking structure. He <br />also advised the Commission that traffic on Broadway is too heavy to include an entrance or <br />exit. <br />1 <br />Discussion was held regarding architectural standards, City contribution to the project, and <br />deterrents to graffiti. Comments from the Planning Commission <br />Commissioner Cribb <br />• Asked if staff had looked at the rehabilitation being done at 910 E. Santa Clara. Mr. <br />Edwards responded that he had looked at the structure and noted that staff could have <br />requested additional improvements but noted the addition proposed was within code <br />requirements.. <br />• Noted that he had enjoyed serving on the Commission with Commissioner Doughty. <br />Commissioner Verino <br />• Wished a Happy Holiday to all. <br />Commissioner Mondo <br />• Noted that the Universal Church at St. Andrew and Bristol still had chain link fencing up <br />and requested that staff investigate. <br />• Requested an update on the southeast corner of Bristol and McArthur. Mr. Edwards <br />responded that Krispy Kreme was in site plan review. <br />• Requested an update on human signs.
