Discussion was <br />held regarding the height of the stone materials presented on the building <br />elevations. <br />Discussion was held regarding potential tenants of the project. Adopt a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2002-05 as conditioned. <br />Mark Staples, Planning Intern, presented the staff report. Discussion held <br />regarding written communication from other tenants in the building regarding <br />parking issues. Clarification of the hours of operation and assignment of parking <br />spaces was provided. Mr. Edwards advised that the City ensures that the <br />parking meets code requirements; however, site management may designate <br />tenant parking assignments.
