Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-21 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On November 8, 2010, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2010-21 as conditioned by a vote of 5:0 (Gartner and Walters absent) to allow a <br />Subway Restaurant at 3835 West First Street, Unit D-1 within the North Harbor Specific Plan (SP- <br />2) zoning district. The Planning Commission made no changes to the recommended conditions of <br />approval outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Ja .
