r ~ <br />~_J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-24 <br />kdo-09/06/02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />NO. 2002-05 TO CONSTRUCT A NEW 4,072 SQUARE <br />FOOT RESTAURANT AT 1740 EAST EDINGER AVENUE <br />(SD-69) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find, determine and declare <br />as follows: <br />A. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by <br />the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan <br />area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Development <br />Plan. <br />B. The zoning designation for the subject property is Specific Development <br />Plan No. 69 (SD-69). <br />C. Site Plan Review No. 2002-05 came before the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Santa Ana on September 9, 2002. <br />D. Applicant is requesting to construct a new 4,072 square foot International <br />House Of Pancakes Restaurant within Specific Development Zone No. 69 <br />located at 1740 East Edinger Avenue. <br />E. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's General <br />Plan and the development standards outlined in Specific Development No. <br />69. <br />F. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, this project is <br />exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review <br />No. 02-209 will be filed for this project. <br />• <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves Site <br />Plan Review No. 2002-05. <br />Resolution No. 2002-24 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
