• Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-10 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-10 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, <br />the Uniform Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rior to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of this project. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The project shall remain in compliance with Site Plan Review DP No. 01- <br />62. <br />2. Hours of operation for the classroom portion of the proposed project will <br />be limited to the following: <br />Monday through Friday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. <br />Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. <br />• <br />3. All existing parking stalls shall be re-striped and dimensioned per Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code (SAMC) Section 41-1303. <br />4. Existing parking lot lighting must be brought into compliance with the City <br />of Santa Ana Building Security Ordinance. <br />5. The conditional use permit shall be reviewed at six months, nine months, <br />and one year by the Planning Commission.. (Modified by the Planning <br />Commission on August 26, 2002.) <br />6. The property owner is to work with building tenants to better designate <br />assigned parking ,.stalls.
