• Conditions for Approval for Minor Exception No. 2002-05 <br />Minor Exception No. 2002-05 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this minor exception. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of this project. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The project shall remain in compliance with Site Plan Review DP No. 01- <br />62. <br />2. Any amendment to this minor exception must be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for review. At this time, staff will determine if administrative relief <br />is available or the minor exception must be amended. <br />• 3. Hours of operation for the classroom portion of the proposed project will <br />be limited to the following: <br />Monday through Friday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. <br />Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. <br />4. All existing parking stalls shall be re-striped and dimensioned per Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code (SAMC) Section 41-1303. <br />5. Existing parking lot lighting must be brought into compliance with the City <br />of Santa Ana Building Security Ordinance. <br />• <br />Exhibit A <br />
