• kdo-08/19/02 RESOLUTION NO. 2002-20 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW NO. 2002-04 TO CONSTRUCT A NEW 301,854 SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE DEVELOPMENT AT 1601- 1671 EAST ST. ANDREW PLACE (SD-69) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: A. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Development Plan. B. The zoning designation for the subject property is Specific Development • Plan No. 69 (SD-69). C. Site Plan Review No. 2002-04 came before the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana on August 26, 2002. D. Applicant is requesting to construct a new 301,854 square foot industrial and office development at 1601-1671 East St. Andrew Place. Seven buildings will be constructed on the project site with one building split into two separate leasable spaces. E. The project is in compliance with all applicable development standards for Specific Development Plan No. 69. F. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's General Plan and the development standards outlined in Specific Development No. 69. G. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2002-135 has been prepared for this project. Section 2. The City Council has reviewed and considered the information contained in the initial study and the mitigated negative declaration and mitigation • monitoring program prepared with respect to this Project. The City Council has, as a result of its consideration and the evidence presented at the hearings on this matter, Resolution No. 2002-20 Page 1 of 3
