• <br />kdo-08/19/02 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-20 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />NO. 2002-04 TO CONSTRUCT A NEW 301,854 SQUARE <br />FOOT INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE DEVELOPMENT AT 1601- <br />1671 EAST ST. ANDREW PLACE (SD-69) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find, determine and declare <br />as follows: <br />A. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by <br />the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan <br />area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Development <br />Plan. <br />B. The zoning designation for the subject property is Specific Development <br />• Plan No. 69 (SD-69). <br />C. Site Plan Review No. 2002-04 came before the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Santa Ana on August 26, 2002. <br />D. Applicant is requesting to construct a new 301,854 square foot industrial <br />and office development at 1601-1671 East St. Andrew Place. Seven <br />buildings will be constructed on the project site with one building split into <br />two separate leasable spaces. <br />E. The project is in compliance with all applicable development standards for <br />Specific Development Plan No. 69. <br />F. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's General <br />Plan and the development standards outlined in Specific Development No. <br />69. <br />G. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program, Environmental <br />Review No. 2002-135 has been prepared for this project. <br />Section 2. The City Council has reviewed and considered the information <br />contained in the initial study and the mitigated negative declaration and mitigation <br />• monitoring program prepared with respect to this Project. The City Council has, as a <br />result of its consideration and the evidence presented at the hearings on this matter, <br />Resolution No. 2002-20 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
