r~ <br />~~ <br />kdo/05/22/02 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-10 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING NEIGHBORHOOD <br />PROJECT REVIEW NO. 01-08 TO PERMIT THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENTAL ADDITION TO THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 906 SOUTH ROSS STREET IN <br />THE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 40 (SD-40) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The Applicant proposes to construct a 242 square foot residential addition <br />at 906 South Ross Street in the Specific Development Zone No. 40 (SD- <br />40). <br />• B. Pursuant to the requirements of Specific Development No. 40, <br />Neighborhood Project Review No. 01-08 has been approved by the <br />Heninger Park Site Review Committee. <br />C. Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41-593.5(c) requires the Planning <br />Commission to review all plans within a Specific Development Plan area <br />to ensure that the project is in conformity with the approved Specific <br />Development. <br />D. The Planning Commission finds and determines that Neighborhood <br />Project Review No. 01-08 is in keeping with the Heninger Park <br />Architectural Design Guidelines. <br />E. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is exempt from further review. As such, Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review No. 02-176 will be filed for this project. <br />• <br />Section 2.
