Kdo/1 /24/02 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN <br />REVIEW NO. 2002-01 AS CONDITIONED FOR THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1661 WEST SUNFLOWER <br />AVENUE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. Site Plan Review No. 2002-01 came before the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Santa Ana on February 25, 2002. <br />B. Zoning Designation is Specific Development Plan No. 48 (SD-48) was <br />adopted by the City of Santa Ana on March 6, 1989. SD-48 states ~in <br />Section 7, paragraph A(2) that "final architectural materials must be <br />reviewed and approved by the Planning Department prior to the issuance of <br />a building permit." <br />• C. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />request is not considered a project. No further action is required. <br />Section 2.
