• <br />kdo/11 /16/01 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-55 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING NEIGHBORHOOD <br />PROJECT REVIEW NO. 01-05-HP TO PERMIT THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW DETACHED TWO-CAR <br />GARAGE LOCATED AT 418 WEST PINE STREET IN THE <br />SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 40 (SD-40) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The Applicant proposes to build a new 441 square foot detached two-car <br />garage located at 418 West Pine Street in the specific development zone <br />no. 40 (SD-40). <br />C7 <br />B. Pursuant to the requirements of Specific Development No. 40, <br />Neighborhood Project Review No. 01-05-HP has been approved by the <br />Heninger Park Site Review Committee. <br />C. Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41-593-5(c) requires the Planning <br />Commission to review all plans within a Specific Development Plan area <br />to ensure that the project is in conformity with the approved Specific <br />Development. <br />D. The Planning Commission finds and determines that Neighborhood <br />Project review no. 01-05-HP is in keeping with the Heninger Park <br />Architectural Design Guidelines and is not detrimental to the harmonious <br />development of the City of Santa Ana nor impairs the desirability of <br />investment or occupation in the neighborhood. <br />Section 2.
