• Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 01-29 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 01-29 is approved subject to compliance to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with al{ applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code, and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life <br />of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result <br />in revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />The helistop shall be used for private use of the site operator. <br />2. The flight approach and departure path for the helistop must parallel nearby <br />freeways as permitted by air traffic control authorities. <br />• 3. The number of arrivals and departures for the helistop shall not exceed three <br />per week and 12 per month as required by the County of Orange Airport <br />Land Use Commission. <br />4. Flights shall not arrive before 8:00 a.m. or depart after 5:00 p.m. Monday <br />through Saturday, and arrive before 9:00 a.m. or depart after 5:00 p.m. on <br />Sunday. <br />5. Prior to approval of the conditional use permit, provide documentation of the <br />approval of a State Heliport Permit by the Division of Aeronautics. <br />6. The landing area established at a height of 113 feet above mean sea level is <br />operated for private use only as required by the Federal Aviation <br />Administration. <br />7. Operations are to be conducted at this facility only during Visual Flight Rule <br />(VFR) conditions as required by the Federal Aviation Administration. <br />8. The landing area operator shall ensure and maintain obstruction free routes <br />of ingress and egress to the landing area as required by the Federal Aviation <br />Administration. <br />t <br />Exhibit "A" <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
