Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 01-31 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 01-31 is approved subject to compliance to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code, and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life <br />of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result <br />in revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. A total of 24 parking spaces are provided on-site for the trade school use. <br />The parking provided is based on the floor plan configuration for the project. <br />Any proposed floor plan modification, including the addition of classrooms, <br />would require submittal of a parking analysis to the City of Santa Ana for <br />review. Based on this review, if it is determined that the project results in a <br />higher parking demand, the project will need to be submitted to the Planning <br />Commission and City Council for further action. <br />2. The conditional use permit will be reviewed in 12 months by the Planning <br />Commission to ensure compliance with the conditions of approval. <br />• <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />
