• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-50 <br />kdo-04/13/02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />NO. 2001-11 TO AMEND THE APPROVED BUILDING <br />ARCHITECTURE AND SITE PLAN FOR THE ORANGE <br />COUNTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION LOCATED AT 1701 <br />EAST STREET ANDREW PLACE IN SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT N0.69 (SD-69) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find, determine and declare as <br />follows: <br />A. Santa Ana Municipal Code section 41-593.5(c) requires the Planning <br />Commission to review all plans within a Specific Development Plan area to ensure that <br />the project is in conformity with the approved Specific Plan. <br />B. The applicant proposes to modify the site plan and architecture of the <br />• Orange County Federal Credit Union to add approximately 2, 421 square feet to the <br />corporate office building and approximately 727 square feet to the credit union branch <br />building. <br />C. Site Plan Review No. 2001-11 came before the Planning Commission for a <br />public hearing on November 13, 2001. <br />D. Based upon the evidence submitted at the public hearing, the Planning <br />Commission finds and determines that Site Plan Review No. 2001-11, which amends the <br />previously approved architecture and site plan of the Orange County Federal Credit <br />Union campus within PacifiCenter (SD-69), is compatible with the high level of quality <br />found within PacifiCenter. <br />Section 2.
