The design and improvements of the proposed project will not cause <br />substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure <br />fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br />There are no wetlands or unusual flora or fauna on or around the <br />project site. In addition, no fish or wildlife was identified as residing <br />on the project site during the environmental review of this project. <br />F. The design or improvements of the proposed project will not cause serious <br />public health problems. <br />1. The proposed infill development is residential and will be <br />constructed in compliance with the Single-Family Residential <br />zoning and building requirements. <br />G. The design of improvements of the proposed project will not conflict with <br />easements necessary for public access through or use of the property <br />within the proposed project. <br />1. There is a ten-foot wide easement for public utilities and incidental <br />purposes, recorded in September 1979 that runs north and south <br />along the rear of the property. There will be no structures <br />constructed over this easement and it is not anticipated that this <br />• easement will have any affect on the development of these <br />properties. <br />Section 2. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Santa Ana hereby, <br />approves Tentative Parcel Map No. 2000-190 as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein. <br />Section 3.
