• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-41 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING NEIGHBORHOOD <br />PROJECT REVIEW NO. 2000-10 TO ALLOW A <br />RESIDENTIAL ADDITION AND DETACHED TWO-CAR <br />GARAGE AT 915 SOUTH FLOWER STREET IN SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT N0.40 (SD-40) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find, determine and declare as <br />follows: <br />A. The applicant proposes to build a 755 square feet residential addition and <br />a detached 420 square foot two-car garage at 915 South Flower Street in Specific <br />Development No. 40. <br />B. Neighborhood Project Review No. 2000-10 has been approved by the <br />• Heninger Park Site Review Committee pursuant to the requirements of Specific <br />Development No. 40. <br />C. Santa Ana Municipal Code section 41-593.5(c) requires the Planning <br />Commission to review all plans within a Specific Development Plan area to ensure that <br />the project is in conformity with the approved Specific Development. <br />D. The Planning Commission finds and determines that Neighborhood <br />Project Review No. 2000-10 is in keeping with the Heninger Park Architectural Design <br />Guidelines and is not detrimental to the harmonious development of the City of Santa <br />Ana nor impairs the desirability of investment or occupation in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves Neighborhood Project Review <br />No. 2000-10 as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />ADOPTED this 10th day of September , 2001 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners: Cribb, Doughty, Leo, Mondo, Nalle, Verino (6) <br />NOES: Commissioners: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Commissioners: Richardson (1) <br />. ABSTENTIONS: Commissioners: None (0) <br />
