CGN: 8/2/01 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-38 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />NO. 2001-05 TO ALLOW ASIX-STORY OFFICE BUILDING <br />AT 200 NORTH CABRILLO PARK DRIVE IN SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT NO. 54 (SD-54) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find, determine and declare as <br />follows: <br />A. Santa Ana Municipal Code section 41-593.5(c) requires the Planning <br />Commission to review all plans within a Specific Development Plan area to ensure that <br />the project is in conformity with the approved Specific Plan. <br />B. The applicant proposes to build asix-story, 210,000 square foot office <br />building at 200 North Cabrillo Parkway in Specific Development No. 54. <br />• C. Site Plan Review No. 2001-05 came before the Planning Commission for a <br />public hearing on August 13, 2001. <br />D. Based upon the evidence submitted at the public hearing, the Planning <br />Commission finds and determines that Site Plan Review No. 2001-05 is in keeping with <br />the neighborhood and is not detrimental to the harmonious development of the City of <br />Santa Ana nor impairs the desirability of investment or occupation in the neighborhood. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission approves Site Plan Review No. 2001-05 <br />as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2001, by the following vote: <br />AYES: 6 Commissioners: Cribb, Doughty, Leo, Mondo, Nalle, <br />Verino <br />NOES: 1 Commissioners: Richardson <br />ABSENT: 1 Commissioners: <br />• ABSTENTIONS: 0 Commissioners: <br />
