CGN: 8/2/01 <br />• EXHIBIT "A" <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW NO. 2001-05 <br />Site Plan Review No. 01-05 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code, and all other applicable regulations. In addition, it shall meet the <br />following conditions of approval: <br />The applicant must comply with each and every condition listed below rip or to exercising <br />the rights conferred by this site plan review. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the development project. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the site plan review approval. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The project must remain in compliance with the projects Site Plan Review <br />comments (DP No. 01-12). <br />2. Any amendment to the project must be submitted to the Planning Division <br />• for review. If it is determined that the amendment constitutes a significant <br />change to the project, the item must be submitted to the Planning <br />Commission for review. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />3. To ensure an acceptable noise environment adjacent to the project site, <br />construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 <br />p.m., Monday through Saturday. In addition, construction traffic should <br />be routed away from residential areas. <br />4. Control fugitive dust by regular watering, paring construction roads, or <br />other dust palliative measures per the requirements of SCAQMD. <br />5. Phase and schedule construction activities to level emission peaks. <br />6. Maintain equipment engines in proper tune.. <br />7. Discontinue construction during first and second stage smog alerts. <br />8. Encourage the use of alternate transportation modes by promoting <br />public transit usage and providing secure bicycle facilities and <br />
