CGN: 8/2/01 <br />• 19. Plans for all proposed storm drain facilities shall be subject to the <br />approval of the City Engineer and the County of Orange. <br />20. Parking area maintenance and sweeping will be conducted on a regular <br />basis to reduce the amount of pollutants entering the drainage system. <br />21. The proposed project will conform with appropriate surface runoff <br />pollution and sediment control features as established by SCAG 208 <br />policies and policies of the City of Santa Ana. <br />22. Exterior lighting fixtures will be shielded and/or concealed to prevent or <br />reduce illumination of high intensity lighting on adjacent surface streets <br />and the Santa Ana Freeway. <br />23. Plaza and parking structure lighting shall be provided per City of Santa <br />Ana Police Department requirements. <br />24. FAA approved obstruction lighting shall be provided. <br />25. If subsurface resources are encountered, a qualified archaeologist will <br />be empowered to halt or redirect grading to allow evaluation and <br />recovery time if significant deposits are encountered. To keep grading <br />delays to a minimum the archaeologist should be prepared to perform <br />. the evaluation and recovery work as rapidly as is consistent with <br />applicable scientific procedures. <br />26. If paleontological fossils are encountered during grading, the developers <br />should contact a paleontologist so that they may be evaluated. <br />27. The above work will be described in a report, which must receive <br />sufficient distribution to insure its availability to future researchers. <br />28. Any material collected during the project will be donated to a local <br />institution, which has the proper facilities for duration, display and use by <br />interested parties. <br />29. The project applicant will provide an adequate on-site private security <br />system for the parking structure and office tower. <br />30. Emergency access shall be provided to the office tower and parking <br />structure per the requirements of the City of Santa Ana Fire Department. <br />31. Built-in fire protection shall be provided in individual buildings whenever <br />the circulated fire flow exceeds 3,500 gpm. <br />• 32. Construction shall utilize fire-retardant building materials. <br />
