This <br />program shall incorporate provisions for the promotion of transit, <br />rideshare, flextime and the development of a transportation <br />management association. <br />47. The project applicant must submit a separate application to the FAA for <br />the development of this project. <br />48. The office tower must provide obstruction lights on the top of the <br />structure per FAA Advisory Circular 70/7460-1, Chapters 4, 5 and 9. <br />~J <br />• <br />
