Citywide Engineering & Traffic Survey <br />Experiences and References <br />Thursdays, not on holidays or days immediately before or after holidays, and in <br />good weather conditions in non - construction areas on days when school is in <br />session. <br />♦ During the radar field survey, representative free flow speeds will be recorded. <br />♦ Regular meetings, as indicated in the project schedule, will be held with City staff <br />to update project progress. <br />♦ If there are any unforeseen circumstances with regard to project work delay, the <br />City staff will be immediately informed. <br />EXPERIENCE AND REFERENCES <br />Within the past five years, staff of AGA have completed many engineering and traffic <br />survey projects similar to the project proposed by the City of Santa Ana.
