8. Outline of On-the-Job Training Plan and Method of Assessment: <br />ELEMENTS OF TRAINING HOURS OF <br /> TRAINING <br />1. Understanding the history, features and principles, and organizational structure <br />of the Incident Command System, the National Incident Management System, <br /> <br />Comprehensive Emergency Management, Integrated Emergency Management 130 <br />System, and the National Response Framework during domestic incidents. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A, tasK observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within first Month and a half of training. <br />2. Concept of continuity planning in the case of catastrophic events and basics of <br />emergency management exercises, including the specifics of the Homeland 130 <br />Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) and the National standard <br />Exercise Curriculum (NSEC). <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A, tasK observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3. Coordinating and leading exercise development meetings within Federal, State <br />and local clients. Assessing and implementing exercise requirements as 130 <br />determined by the exercise planning committee. Monitoring and conducting <br />exercise evaluations. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />4. Researching, analyzing exercise data, and reviewing current plans and <br />procedures. Identifying and compiling information to prepare an After Action 130 <br />Report (AAR) based on HSEEP models. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8z A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />RATING LEVELS: <br />Measurement method: how will it be determined if OJT participant acquired the skill? QBcA, observation, product review/inspection, <br />etc. <br />PROFICIENT MODERATE MARGINAL <br />II. COST COMPUTATION <br />Reimbursement rate: 50% of $33.75 oer hour <br />Hourly Reimbursement: $16.875 Hours: 520 cost Per Trainee <br />_ $8,775
