<br /> <br /> 15. EMPLOYER must use the 'Dot and -SVP code books to determine length of OJT <br /> period. The training time may not be longer than the SVP Code allows; however, <br /> contractors are encouraged to negotiate shorter training periods whenever applicable. <br /> 16. OJT trainees shall not number more than 40% of the EMPLOYERS work force. <br /> 17. All EMPLOYER training payments (reimbursements) must be exclusive of any and all <br /> EMPLOYER fringe benefits, paid holidays, paid sick days and overtime compensation. <br /> 18. The participating EMPLOYER must keep an accurate and up-to-date time sheet for the <br /> OJT trainee. <br /> 19.
