• The proposed drive-through service has been designed to meet all Municipal Code <br />requirements. <br />E. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan or any specific plan of the City? <br />A commercial use such as adrive-through for banking services is consistent with <br />both the Midtown Specific Plan and General Plan land use designation. <br />2.
