Set Public Hearing For <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a one-year Maintenance Services <br />Agreement with RueVac Property Services subject to nonsubstantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney for power sweeping, steam cleaning and pressure washing <br />services at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center, with three 1-year extension options. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC) is a regional hub, combining Amtrak, <br />MetroLink, Orange County Transit Authority, and other bus and taxi services. The City maintains <br />the facility for the travelling public and tenants. <br />A Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for power sweeping, steam cleaning and <br />pressure washing services was prepared. The RFPs were mailed on November 2, 2010.
