Licensee shall at its own expense install one (1) dedicated telephone in Lobby for <br />travelers use in obtaining a taxicab. <br />2. Licensee shall at its own expense install one (1) dedicated telephone outside the <br />building for use by travelers in obtaining a taxicab. <br />3. Dedicated telephone lines shall also serve to address customer service issues, <br />including filing complaints regarding taxi service. <br />4.
