• RESOLUTION NO.O1-14 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE <br />PLAN REVIEW NO. 01-01 FOR MORTON'S OF <br />CHICAGO RESTAURANT TO BE LOCATED AT 1641 <br />WEST SUNFLOWER AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, Santa Ana Municipal Code section 41-593.5(c) requires the Planning <br />Commission to review all plans within a Specific Development Plan area to ensure that the project <br />is in conformity with the approved Specific Plan; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Morton's of Chicago Restaurant, proposes to build a restaurant <br />at 1641 West Sunflower Avenue in Specific Development No. 48; <br />WHEREAS, Site Plan Review No. 01-01 came before the Planning Commission for a <br />public hearing on Apri123, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, following said public hearing, the Planning Commission determined to <br />approve Site Plan Review No. 01-001, subject to conditions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />• CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid hearing the Planning Commission <br />finds and determines that Site Plan Review No. 01-01 is in keeping with the neighborhood and is <br />not detrimental to the harmonious development of the City of Santa Ana nor impairs the desirability <br />of investment or occupation in the neighborhood. <br />2. Site Plan Review No. 01-01 is hereby approved, subject to conditions, as set forth in <br />Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />ADOPTED this 2~rd day of AIL-, 2001 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Mondo, Nalle, Cribb, Richardson and Leo (5) <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Verino and Doughty (2) <br />ABSTENTIONS: None <br />• <br />
