Will the proposed use adversely affect the present economic stability or future economic <br />development of properties surrounding the area? <br />The 17.2 acre site is an existing retail shopping development that is suitable for the <br />restaurant project. The allowance of the late night hours will complement the <br />economic stability of the area by providing additional opportunities for generating <br />revenues for the restaurant and the Village through the attraction of additional <br />patrons. <br />D. Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions specified in Chapter 41 <br />for such use? <br />The proposed project will be in compliance with all applicable conditions and <br />regulations specified in Specific Development Plan No. 48 (SD-48), Chapter 41 of <br />the Santa Ana Municipal Code, and all other State and local regulations. <br />E. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan or any specific plan of the City? <br />The proposed project will not adversely affect the General Plan. Restaurants are <br />permitted within the General Commercial (GC) General Plan designation. <br />• <br />2.
