• Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 01-04 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 01-04 is approved subject to compliance to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building <br />Code, and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life <br />of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result <br />in revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. Comply with all conditions and requirements of the Development Review <br />Committee (DRC) for the development of this project (DP 00-26). <br />Mitigation Measures <br />2. Prior to issuance of building permits, the project applicant shall submit for <br />review and approval a surface drainage/grading/erosion control plan <br />• prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, showing the direction and means <br />of flow to the adjacent street. The plan is to include existing and proposed <br />elevations at and adjacent to all property lines. Drainage routed to the <br />street must be directed beneath the sidewalk and through the curb. <br />3. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the project applicant shall provide <br />a NPDES post construction storm water management plan per Orange <br />County Drainage Area Management Plan to include all Structural and <br />Non-Structural Best Management Practices for the proposed project. <br />4. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the applicant shall prepare a <br />surface water runoff study to show existing and proposed facilities and <br />methods of draining the site without exceeding the capacity of any street <br />or adjacent storm drain facility, based on a 10-year frequency and a 25- <br />year sump condition. The study shall identify mitigation to show how the <br />sump discharge from the project site would not exceed street capacity <br />drainage facilities. <br />5. Prior to issuance of applications for water meters and fire services the <br />project applicant shall arrange for installation of any needed new, or <br />relation or upgrading of any existing, domestic or irrigation water services, <br />as required by the Public Works Agency. These facilities shall be installed <br />• in conformance with City Standards and approved plans. Installation shall <br />Exhibit "A" <br />
