• • <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-06 <br />• MARCH 26, 2001 <br />PAGE 1 OF 1 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Should the Planning Commission approve Conditional Use Permit No. 01-02 <br />the approval is subject to compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of <br />the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Building <br />Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply <br />with each and every condition may result in the revocation of the <br />conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />• 1. Comply with all conditions and requirements as stated in DP 00- <br />12 and the exhibits of this conditional use permit. <br />2. File and record a Lot Line Adjustment to consolidate the two <br />lots into one development parcel. <br />3. Construct a client drop-off/loading zone. <br />4. Keiro Services may serve up to 45 adult clients Monday through <br />Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />B. Building Division <br />1. Compliance with the California Building Code for change in <br />occupancy classification. <br />C. Police Department <br />1. The existing building and parking lot, within 60 feet of the <br />building, must conform with the provision of Chapter 8, Article <br />II, Division 3 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />• <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
