RESOLUTION NO.O1-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW NO. 00-07 FOR <br />MODIFICATIONS OF THE FACADE OF THE SANTA ANA HONDA <br />DEALERSHIP LOCATED AT 1505 SOUTH AUTO MALL DRIVE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />The Planning Commission does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: <br />A. The subject property is located within the Specific Development No. 60 zoning <br />district, also known as the Auto Mall Specific Development Zone. <br />B. The applicant desires modify the front elevation of the Santa Ana Honda <br />dealership by modifying an existing outdoor display area canopy by constructing a four foot (4') <br />high decorative parapet wall. <br />C. In order to proceed with these modifications, the development must conform <br />with the California Building Code and Specific Development No. 60 guidelines. <br />• 2. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid meeting this Commission finds <br />and determines that the site plan, as proposed, is compatible with the architectural character and <br />design criteria for styles found in Specific Development No. 60 and, as conditioned, will not be <br />detrimental to the harmonious development of the City or impair the desirability of investment or <br />occupation in and around the Auto Mall Specific Development Zone. <br />3. Site Plan Review No. 00-07 is hereby approved, as set forth in greater detail in <br />Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />ADOPTED this ~-day of iANi lARY , 2001, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Mondo, Nalle, Verino, Doughty, Cribb, and Leo <br />NOES: Commissioners None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Richardson <br />ABSTENTIONS: Commissioners None <br /> <br />1 <br />
