In the event unknown archaeological resources or unknown human <br />remains are discovered during construction activities, all construction <br />activity within the area of the finding shall halt and the City's <br />Environmental Coordinator shall be contacted for appropriate action. <br />11. Prior to the issuance of grading permit, the applicant shall submit and have <br />approved a surface drainage/grading/erosion control plan. <br />12. Prior to issuance of building permit, the applicant shall provide a NPDES <br />post construction storm water management plan per Orange County <br />Drainage Area Plan to include all applicable structural and non-structural <br />best management practices, which may apply to this project. <br />13. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the applicant shall prepare a <br />surface water runoff study to show existing and proposed facilities and <br />- methods of draining the site without exceeding the capacity of any street <br />or adjacent storm drain facility. <br />14. Grading, Demolition, and Building Plans for the proposed project shall <br />specify that construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 <br />a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., <br />and not permitted on Sundays or federal holidays. <br />15. The proposed driveway shall be modified to include a temporary diverter <br />traffic island and appropriate signage to promote right-turn movements <br />exiting the site. Once the median along Westminster Avenue is built and <br />the City's Public Works Agency approves the appropriate signage to <br />reflect permanent conditions, the temporary island can then be removed <br />after no left turn movements are permitted out of the site. <br />• <br />
