• RESOLUTION NO.00-50 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COIvIMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECT REVIEW NO. 00-004 <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SINGLE <br />FAMII.,Y RESIDENCE WITH DETACHED GARAGE <br />LOCATED AT 915 NORTH LACY STREET IN THE <br />FRENCH PARK HISTORIC DISTRICT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING CONIlVIISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, declares <br />and determines as follows: <br />A. The subject property is located at 915 North Lacy Street, within the Specific <br />Development Plan No. 19 zoning district, also known as Historic French Park District; and <br />B. The applicant desires to construct a new two-story single family dwelling with <br />detached garage; and <br />. C. The French Park Architectural Review Committee has reviewed and approved the <br />project as proposed. <br />D. The project is consistent with the City of Santa Ana's Design and Development <br />Standards and the French Park Architectural Design Guidelines. <br />E. The project came before the Planning Commission for review and recommendations <br />at the November 27, 2000 meeting. <br />SECTION 2: Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid meeting this Commission <br />finds and determines as follows: <br />That the project, as proposed, is compatible with the architectural character and the design <br />of the existing residential structure and will not be detrimental to the harmonious <br />development of the City or impair the desirability of investment or occupation in the <br />neighborhood. <br />SECTION 3: Neighborhood Project Review No. 00-004 is hereby approved. <br />• <br />1 <br />
