SOLiJTION NO. 00-32 <br />~CTOBER 9, 2000 <br />PAGE 1 OF 1 <br />Conditions for Approval <br />Modifications to Conditional Use Permit No. 99-07 is approved subject to <br />compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with <br />all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California <br />Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and <br />all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with <br />each and every condition may result in the revocation of the conditional <br />use permit. <br />Planningt Division <br />~ 1. Comply with the revised plans submitted for Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 99-07 in this report and all conditions and <br />requirements from the Development Review Committee (DRC} for <br />the development project (DP No. 97-67) (Modified by the <br />Planning Commission October 9, 2000). <br />2. All future development is subject to the fees in effect at the <br />time of permit issuance. <br />3. Reciprocal access easement agreement shall remain in effect in <br />accordance with tentative Parcel Map No. 97-221 between Parcels <br />one and two and the Carl's Jr. restaurant site located at 1720 <br />East Dyer Road. <br />4. Grading, Demolition, and Building Plans for the proposed <br />project shall specify that construction activities shall be <br />limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through <br />Friday, Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and not permitted on <br />Sundays or federal holidays. <br />a <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
