The proposed project meets the city's development standards for a recycling facility. <br />The site is currently vacant and the proposed use of the property is consistent with <br />the surrounding area. The development of this site is in conformance with the City's <br />requirements and will help the economic stability of the area. <br />D. Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions specified in Chapter 41 <br />for such use? <br />The proposed use meets the City's development standards for the type of use <br />proposed. Specifically, parking, landscaping, fencing, and circulation are proposed <br />in compliance with code. <br />E. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan or any specific plan of the City? <br />The proposed recycling facility is designed to be compatible with the surrounding <br />environment, which will not adversely affect the General Plan and is consistent with <br />the goals and objectives of the Industrial (IND) General Plan designation. <br />3.
