Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 99-17 <br />• <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 99-17 is approved subject to compliance to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building <br />Code, and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below riot to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life <br />of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result <br />in revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The applicant must comply with all conditions and requirements from the <br />Development Review Committee for the development project (DP No. 99- <br />40). (Modified by Planning Commission June 12, 2000). <br />2. A total of 375 parking spaces are provided on-site for the trade school <br />use. The parking provided is based on the floorplan configuration <br />• approved for the development project (DP NO. 99-40). Any proposed <br />floorplan modification, including but not limited to art labs, computer labs, <br />video studios, or kitchen facilities, which would result in a higher parking <br />demand, would require submittal of a parking analysis to the City of Santa <br />Ana for review. A review of the terms and conditions of Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 99-17 by the Planning commission and City Council will be <br />required. (Modified by the Planning Commission July 26, 1999). <br />3. A lot line adjustment must be applied for and approved for the project. <br />4. Conditional Use Permit No. 99-17 will be reviewed in 12 months, by the <br />Planning Commission to ensure compliance with the conditions of <br />approval. <br />• <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />
