RESOLUTION NO. 00-22 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE <br />APPEAL OF THE PLANNING MANAGERS DECISION <br />AND PERMITTING CONSTRUCTION OF A ROOM <br />ADDITION TO AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE LOCATED AT 1107 SOUTH VAN NESS <br />AVENUE <br />GAS:S/16/00 <br />WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on March 13, 2000, on Appeal of <br />Planning Managers Decision No. 00-02, to allow a room addition to an existing single family <br />residence located at 1107 South Van Ness Avenue. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid hearing, this Commission finds <br />and determines as follows: <br />The 322 square foot master bedroom and bath addition to the rear of the existing single <br />family residence is hereby approved. <br />• 2. Appeal of the Planning Managers Decision No. 00-02 is hereby approved provided the <br />applicant record a covenant restricting the use of the property located at 1107 South Van Ness <br />Avenue to single family use. <br /> <br />
