INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED N-2007-030-003 <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />DATE: JAN 1 0 2011 <br />�q THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 1 st day of July, <br />Cv I✓L/q-3 2010, between Braulio Mendez, an individual, (hereinafter "Provider") and the City of <br />Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2007-030, as amended from time to time dated, <br />(the "Agreement") by which Provider provides recreation and leisure class services. <br />B. The parties wish to amend said Agreement to renew the agreement for another one <br />year term and to revise the Scope of Services (Exhibit A). <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, entitled "Scope of Services", shall be amended by substitution of a new <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br />"This Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2010 and terminate on June 30, 2011, <br />unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12, below." <br />3.
