RESOLUTION NO. 00-16 <br />APRIL 24, 2000 <br />PAGE 1 OF 2 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 00-05 is approved subject to <br />compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning <br />Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, <br />the Uniform Building Code, and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition <br />listed below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The applicant must remain in compliance with all <br />conditions listed below throughout the life of the <br />conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each <br />and every condition may result in the revocation of the <br />conditional use permit. <br />2. There shall be no more than 1,200 seats or occupancy of <br />the church at any time. <br />3. The parish will remove graffiti occurring on the <br />property within 48 hours and clean up litter on and <br />about the site within three hours of an assembly <br />activity. <br />4. The use of the property is limited to a church, a <br />school, and related parish buildings and activities. <br />No thrift shops, food distribution program, nor <br />rehabilitation programming may occur out of the <br />premises, nor may there be outside pushcart or other <br />vendors vending from the premises. <br />5. All new trees in the required front landscape setback <br />abutting streets shall be 24-inch box size or larger. <br />6. After project occupancy, landscaping is to be <br />maintained to include the minimum levels of plant <br />materials to be installed at the time of occupancy. <br />7. Public payphones, if provided, may only be located <br />within buildings or in the interior of the site. <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
