RESOLUTIONNO.99- 55 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL <br />MAP NO. 99-134, TO SUBDIVIDE A 6.7 ACRE LOT INTO 2 <br />PARCELS LOCATED AT 2840 SOUTH BRISTOL STREET <br />(TPM N0.99-134) <br />GAS: 12/15/99 <br />WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 99-134 has been filed to subdivide an existing 6.7 <br />acre parcel into 21ots, located at 2840 South Bristol Street (the "Project");and <br />WHEREAS, the design and improvement proposed for Tentative Parcel Map No. 99-134 is <br />consistent with the objectives, policies, general land uses, and programs specified in the City of <br />Santa Ana General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Environmental Coordinator of the City of Santa Ana has prepared a <br />Categorical Exemption for Environmental Review No. 99-46, pursuant to the California <br />Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), for the Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Administratorheld aduly noticed public hearing, on December 15, <br />1999, on Tentative Parcel Map No. 99-134 for the Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid hearing, the Zoning <br />Administrator finds and determines as follows: <br />A. The proposed project, as conditioned, and its design and improvements are consistent with <br />the General Commercial (GC) designation of the General Plan and are otherwise consistent <br />with all other elements of the General Plan. <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 99-134 will have no adverse affect on the land uses as <br />prescribed by the General Plan. The project will only create new property lines and <br />will not otherwise alter the project as approved. <br />B. The proposed project, as conditioned, conforms to all applicable requirements of the zoning <br />and subdivision codes as well as other applicable City ordinances. <br />1 <br />
