RESOLUTION NO. 99-51 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DELEGATING APPROVAL <br />AUTHORITY TO THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR FOR <br />CHECK CASHING BUSINESSES CITYWIDE <br />WHEREAS, Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41-630 (b) authorizes the <br />Planning Commission to delegate to the Zoning Administrator authority <br />to act on any specific type of conditional use permit; and <br />WHEREAS, said delegation of authority shall be made by formal <br />resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41-630(b), <br />the Planning Commission considered delegating the authority to act on <br />conditional use permits for check cashing businesses to the Zoning <br />Administrator the came before the Planning Commission at a public <br />hearing on October 25, 1999. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
