• <br />C. will the proposed use adversely affect the present economic <br />stability or future economic development of property in the <br />surrounding area. <br />The proposed monopalm will allow the provider to <br />improve the cellular service to the local residents and <br />business. Property values will not be affected by the <br />proposed 60 foot monopalm. Two live trees of sufficient <br />size will provide a contextual setting for the pole. <br />The monopalm will blend into the surrounding skyline of <br />electrical transmission poles along the Pacific <br />Electric right-of-way. <br />D. Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and <br />conditions specified in this chapter? <br />The proposed monopole will be constructed in compliance <br />with the City of Santa Ana standards for cellular <br />facilities including stealth design and landscape <br />upgrades. <br />E. will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan of <br />the City or any specific plan applicable to the area of the <br />proposed use. <br />The proposed monopole height is in compliance with the <br />overall land use policies of the City of Santa Ana's <br />General Plan to provide services to the residents and <br />business community. <br />2. Conditional Use Permit No. 99-10 is hereby approved as <br />conditioned in Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein. <br />2 <br />
