r f <br />RESOLUTION N0.99-35 <br />JUNE 28, 1999 <br />PAGE 1 <br />Should Conditional Use Permit No. 99-10 be approved, the project must <br />comply with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the <br />California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. In addition, it is to <br />meet the following conditions: <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with <br />each and every condition may result in the revocation of the conditional <br />use permit. <br />Conditions of Approval: <br />Planning Division: <br />1. Comply with all the conditions and requirements of approval for <br />DP 98-94 and the Cellular Communications Development Standards. <br />2. Install two live Mexican Fan Palms of the Washingtonia species. <br />The palms are to be approximately 40 feet and 50 feet in height. <br />3. Stealth palm fronds are to be of a type similar to the Mexican <br />Fan Palm. <br />4. Flowering vines such as Distictis Rivers' are to be planted on <br />the wrought iron fence and Boston ivy vines on the concrete <br />block equipment facility facing the general public areas. <br />Landscaping is to be irrigated and maintained. <br />5. The monopalm must be constructed with a round pole to simulate a <br />tree trunk. <br />6. The Conditional Use Permit 99-10 expires five years from the <br />date of City Council approval. <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
