Prior to approval and recording of the final Parcel Map, have <br />reviewed, approved and installed the private street along the <br />west property line. <br />7. No barbed wire may be visible from any public or private street <br />or State Highway. <br />8. CC&R's for reciprocal parking, access, drainage, and maintenance <br />between the parcels shall be recorded with the map. <br />B. Police <br />1. The existing buildings and parking lots must conform with the <br />provisions of Chapter 8, Article II, Division 3 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code (Building Security Ordinance). These code <br />conditions will require that the existing project's lighting, <br />door/window locking devices and addressing be upgraded to <br />current code standards. Lighting standards cannot be located <br />in required landscape planter. <br />C. Public Works <br />1. File, process and record CC&Rs over parcels 1, 2, 3, & 4. The <br />CC&Rs will address issues including ingress/egress, cross-lot <br />drainage, utilities, parking, emergency vehicle access, common <br />area maintenance and irrigation, etc. Additionally the CC&Rs <br />will address use and maintenance responsibility for the <br />existing 8" sewer main in the private street. <br />2. File, process, and record a private street easement in the <br />alignment that has been approved by the City. The easement <br />must allow all uses and purposes as necessary for the proposed <br />developments (drainage, utilities, access, monitoring wells, <br />etc.) <br />3. File, process, and record an easement for public sewer and <br />water purposes and traffic signal purposes in the location of <br />the private street. <br />4. File, process, and record quitclaims of existing easements <br />which are no longer necessary or which will become obsolete <br />when new easements are placed in the private street <br />
