TO 1.5 (Work includes excavation, asphalt concrete, coldmilling, pavement fabric, replacement of damaged concrete curb, gutter, sidewalks, drive approaches, construction of concrete cross - gutters, 8, curb ramps, adjust utility frames and covers to grade, signing & striping, installation of traffic detector loops.) Notice is hereby given BIDDERS that in accordance with the provisions of the California Labor Code, not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages for each craft or type of worker and mechanic needed to execute the contract in the locality in which the work is to be performed, and not less than the general prevailing rate of per dam wages for hdiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations of the State of California shall be paid to all workers employed.
