Place the freestanding monument sign in a diagonal direction to <br />allow price visibility from Bristol Avenue and Alton Avenue. <br />Also, provide 4 feet of landscaping around the entire monument <br />sign. Also, extend the existing planter along Bristol Avenue 3 <br />feet to the east while maintaining 20 feet for the drive isle. <br />3. Remove the unpermitted exterior telephones from the site or apply <br />for an Exterior Telephone Land Use Certificate. <br />4. Remove the unpermitted air/water unit fror <br />parking space designated for the air/water <br />5. Submit a landscape plan for approval by <br />Install and maintain the landscaping per <br />plan. <br />6.
