• <br />RESOLUTION NO.99-26 <br />JULY 12, 1999 <br />PAGE 1 OF 2 <br />Variance No. 99-05 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform <br />Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below <br />prior to exercising the rights conferred by this site plan review approval. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the development project. Failure to comply with each <br />and every condition may result in the revocation of the site plan review <br />approval. <br />Conditions of Approval <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. No other signs or displays of any kind, including but not limited <br />to additional price signs, Chevron logos and identification, <br />banners, flags, pennants, streamers, window signs, sale signs, <br />advertisements, spandrel (spanner) signs, advertising boxes on <br />light standards, car wash or other vehicular directional signs, <br />etc. will be permitted. Only those identified in a through e <br />below are allowed: <br />a) One monument sign (freestanding) sign which includes the <br />"Chevron" logo, the words "Fast Pay", gasoline and diesel <br />fuel pricing, and the address. The monument sign not exceed <br />13 feet 2 ~ inch in overall height, 18 feet 10 ~ inches in <br />lineal feet and 49 square feet of advertising area. <br />b) One "Chevron" sign located on the south elevation of the <br />canopy . <br />c) One small "Chevron" logo located on the east elevation of <br />the canopy. <br />d) One "Food Mart" sign over the entrance to the building. <br />e) Six "Self" signs located on the edge of the spandrels. <br />2. Remove the existing freestanding signs as depicted in Exhibit 3 <br />as sign type 1 and lA. <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
