• <br />• <br />GAS: 3j19/98 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-20 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO RENAME <br />REGENCY BOULEVARD LOCATED WITHIN THE <br />MACARTHUR PLACE DEVELOPMENT TO FIRST <br />AMERICAN WAY <br />WHEREAS, Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 33-6 provides for <br />the renaming of public streets by the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, First American Financial Corporation has proposed to <br />develop 16.94 acres of the MacArthur Place development with a <br />campus style office development; and <br />WHEREAS, this Commission considered renaming Regency <br />Boulevard to First American Way at its meeting on March 23, 1998. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid <br />meeting and giving consideration to the policy guidelines <br />contained in Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 33-6, this <br />Commission finds and determines as follows: <br />A. That Regency Boulevard, located in the MacArthur Place <br />development, be renamed First American Way. <br />
