RESOLUTION NO. 98-06 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE <br />REQUEST FOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR VARIANCE N0. <br />96-05 PERTAINING TO THE RIVERVIEW WEST <br />MARKETPLACE LOCATED AT 3700-3799 WEST <br />MCFADDEN AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, on January 6, 1997, the City Council approved <br />Variance No. 96-05, with conditions, to allow variances from the <br />zoning code standards pertaining to signage for the Riverview West <br />Marketplace; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant seeks to change condition 3f in <br />Variance No. 96-05, which limits use of the sign to tenants with <br />store sizes of 10,000 square feet or larger; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Condition 3f, previously approved in Variance 96-05, is <br />hereby modified as follows: <br />3f. The maximum number of tenant identification signs shall <br />t not exceed six (Wal*Mart and five tenants, not including <br />center name). All panels shall be used exclusively by <br />tenants with store sizes of 5,000 square feet or larger. <br />1 <br />
